Measurement Guide

Back Measurement

Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the end of the left shoulder seam, that is where the arm hole starts.

Round Chest

Measure around the chest and body at its fullest part. Typically right under the armpit and shoulder blades right across the nipples. Hold the tape against the body tight enough so that it does not slip down and allow it to rotate freely but not so tight to restrict breathing. Take note, for slim persons the Round chest is always bigger than the stomach by a difference of 2 inches.

Stomach

Measure around the fullest part of the stomach below your bottom ribs.

Round Hand or Bicep measurement

Measure around the fullest part of the bicep with arms by your side.

Wrist measurements

Measure around the fullest part of the wrist.

Coat or shirt Length

Place the tape from the middle f the shoulder and extend down on the stomach to get the desire length for persons with large stomach. Place the tape from the middle of the shoulder and extend down on the back for slim persons.

Round Neck

Measure around your neck at the height where your collar, if buttoned will be. This measurement should be taken along the lower section of the neck, below your Adams Apple and above your external Notch.

Round Seat or Buttocks

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttuck.

Thigh Measurement or Laps

Measure round your thigh at its widest point. You need to measure only one side.

Knee Measurement

Measure round your knee at its widest point. You need to only measure one side.

Flap measurements

Place the tape from your waist band line infront of the zip flap and measure to the widest part of your thigh.

Round Foot

Measure were the trouser length terminates round and give provision for the measurement to spread on shoe.

Trouser Length

Measure from the top of your pants waist band to the floor along the outside of your leg.
